FileUpload Serverside sample bug

Hi Isomorphic,

please see this sample (v11.1p_2018-04-19).
For me, uploading a file results in this message: "Server returned FAILURE with no error message performing operation 'customBinaryField_update'.", regardless of the chosen ID (used 1-3, unused 4+).

This sample seems to be working fine in all browsers. You may have gotten unlucky and happened to access the sample as the Showcase was being re-deployed.
