please see this sample (SNAPSHOT_v12.1d_2018-08-04) and upload the provided supplyItemTest.csv file.
Then start editing in the 1st cell ("Small grey widget") and slowly "Tab" though the cells.
The fly-out TextAreaItem (is TextAreaItem the correct FormItem name or is it some other class?) has an icon in 12.1d (after editing only, it would only make sense directly when the row enters edit mode IMHO), which is in the tabbing order. But after the icon has the focus, the next focus is outside the ListGrid (on the "Commit" button) and not the next cell. See this video:
In my application (6.1p) for longer text fields, there is the icon displayed as expected and it is not in the tabbing order.
