Is there a way to track application usage?

I'm trying to understand who uses my SC applications and how much. Since all of my users must authenticate through Shibboleth I can use those logs to get a rough idea of who used the apps and when, but it offers no insight into what features were used or datasources accessed. Does SC have a facility for collecting this type of usage statistics?

Google Analytics or any similar offering can be used with SmartClient. We use Google Analytics to monitor how visitors browse our samples, for example.
