version of apache velocity framework dependency

We are using latest version of smartclient 10 and it does not work with the latest version of apache velocity (2.0). Can you please tell apache velocity version used by latest version of smartlclient? does it use the latest 2.0?

I figured that even latest version of smartclient is using velocity 1.7. You guys have any plans to upgrade to velocity 2.0?
