Scrolling on grids are not working on Firefox browser (All Versions).

Hi Isomorphic,

We have an issue with Firefox, doesn't matter which version it is in which the scrollbar is not working or moving to either down or up. The page is stuck and cannot move down at all.

We are using Smartcleint V8.3. The issue is not happening in any other browser, it is just Firefox.

Can you please help us in this matter?

Thank you Isomorphic for getting back to me. Sure we are actually planing to upgrade to SmartClient 12.0 sometimes soon by the beginning of new year.

- So I have a quick question please. Since we have paid for SmartClient 8.3 Pro for the licence, do we need to pay again for SmartClient 12.0 Pro?

We provide discounts for upgrading licenses if you last purchased within a couple of years, but as your purchase was likely 6 or so years ago, there wouldn’t be a discount for that. Contact sales rather than posting in the forums for a definitive answer.
