12.0p Calendar new event row selection design issue

Hi Isomorphic,

please see this sample (v12.0p_2018-12-22) where on click&drag&drop new event time selection the rows get higher. Tested with latest Chromium 71.

I can see this one is fixed using v12.0p_2018-12-26.
