SC Bug when resizing columns in ListGrid with filter expressions no 2.

Hi folks. This is another one. NOTE. I've just posted similar issue but this one is bit different. No dragging and exception stacktrace is different. Cheers.

It happens when you're just extending columns and scroll horizontally. Note that in our commercial app we have list grids that have like 40 columns and we do not have to resize anything to get this error.
