Is there a way to run SmartClient in debug mode, I am having some UI issue that are producing minimal error/warnings logs on console.

Hi vikashdwi,
you could load the framework's clientside debug-js files instead, if that is really what you want (e.g. in order to step though in Chrome).
But 1st step is IMHO to increase logging level in the Developer Console.
