missing file

Hello,
in the download "v12.0p_2019-08-11/Pro Development Only" the VISUAL BUILDER the file ...tools/visualBuilder/referenceDocs.js is missing amd that causes the Visual Builder to be unfunctional.

This issue affects only SC 12.0 and older releases, and should be fixed in the nightly builds dated 2019-08-14 and beyond.
