12.0p ListGrid column Drag-resize not working on mobile iOS devices

Hi Isomorphic,

in all ListGrids e.g. here (v12.0p_2019-11-26), column resize via the header column right-end Drag&Drop does not work.

Observed with iPhone SE iOS13 and iPad 2 iOS13 in the showcase as well as in our application with the mentioned iPad and also an iPad pro.
To me it seems it is not possible to hit the small part where you need to click with the finger and therefore should most likely happen on all touch devices.

It's a relatively small hit area, however, we just opened the Showcase with a phone and succeeded on the first two attempts. "Not possible" is definitely not accurate.

OK, something seems to be strange here. Now I succeed in the showcase as well, but still not in my application. Error in the showcase was most likely that I tried to pull left of the menu-opener and not right of it.
Quick test with other ListGrids in my application did not show a possible reason. I'll retry with a more current build (in production, we are still using v12.0p_2019-03-23).
