BALSAMIQ IMPORT ERROR

Is it possible to import more than one bmml file when importing on SmartClient on Windows 10 Pro 64bit system?
It throws kind of error when multiple files are imported as shown in attachment. I have to ignore to generate the xml code.
How to import all the files in a balsamiq project at one shot? there are 3 bmml files in the project. One page has link to other page(s).

It looks like you have linked mockups. In this case, you can't use the upload capability, you must place the mockups on disk and use the Select file.. way of starting import. This is covered in the Mockup Importer docs under Linked Mockups.

Even if I do it with the select file option, the same error is thrown. Sometimes it works with uploads but not always. But in the XML only one file is reflected. How to ensure the linking between the 2 files work?

This isn't make much sense... either the file is there or it isn't, so this isn't the kind of situation where you might have an intermittent error. Also, if you ever avoided the error, then presumably you've have a successful import and there would be no further problem, right?

Can you clarify how the error could still be intermittent - is it actually that it occurs in some environments and not others?

If you have an environment where sometimes there is no error, could you show us what error occurs when the import process fails?
