12.0p/12.1p Zoomable charts issue on scroll of time plus minor ones

Hi Isomorphic,

please see this issues in the unchanged Zoomable charts sample (v12.0p_2020-04-06, also 12.1p, Chromium 80, Win10, Tahoe spacious)

• Scrollable area jumps to the beginning after mouseDown and move
• Scrollbar is a bit too high (easy visible a the ends)
• Scrollbar and zoom-dividers are not reachable via tab

This has no priority for me, I just noticed it.

We've fixed a few different issues related to your report, back to SC 12.0p. The fixes will be in the nightly builds dated 2020-04-16 and beyond.
