ListGrid startEditingNew() on iPad

Hi Isomorphic,

by chance I started the new sample (v12.1p_2020-11-14) from here on an iPad (iOS 14.1).
The "+" button does indeed start editing a new row, but this row is not moved into view (=the grid does not scroll to the very bottom automatically).
I think this would be the expected behavior and it also does this in Win10 Chrome.

We've made a change to address this issue on both the 12.1 and 13.0 branches
Please try the next nightly build, dated Nov 19 or above
