12.0/12.1/13.0 Hovers shown at unexpected places

Hi Isomorphic,

please see the online showcase (here v12.1p_2021-03-21, but also happens in 12.0 and 13.0, Win10 FF87, Chromium 89).
As you can see, the hover might be displayed a 2nd time and then is also permanent, until you hover the hover itself again or a new hover is shown.

This issue was already addressed in 13.0, by a separate fix on March 21 - but as you can see in the bottom left, the online Showcases haven't been updated since that same day, so the fix isn't yet public.

We'll port back to 12.1 and probably 12.0 today, and you'll see it hit with the next update to the online Showcases.

this is fixed for me in v12.0p_2021-03-31 and 12.1/13.0.
