12.1p/13.0d Tile title not centered (12.0p OK)

Hi Isomorphic,

please see this screenshot (v12.0p_2021-03-17 / v12.1p_2021-03-21 / SNAPSHOT_v13.0d_2021-03-21).
As you can see, in the latter ones the tile-title is not vertically centred anymore.
