13.0d only: ListGrid BooleanItems move on edit

please see this sample (SNAPSHOT_v13.0d_2021-04-18) or any other example with an editable ListGrid and BooleanItems.
As you can see, the Checkbox moves once you enter edit mode. This does not happen in 12.0p/12.1p.
