Grid Export issue in ooxml and xls format in windows os for all browsers (SmartClient Ajax RIA system Version v12.1p_2021-04-01/EVAL Deployment (2021-04-01))

We have 4 servers in production where we have deployed our code and export functionality works fine in all 4 servers when we access them individually like going to sev1 or sev2 etc, but when we try to access them with our DNS(SafetyNet.predictivesolutions.com),export functionality is not working in windows os for all browser for ooxml and xls format

It's working as per expectation in MacBook with all browser

Also we are facing similar issue to login to your smartcliet forum it self, we are not able to log in with windows laptop but it working fine with MacBook

So can someone please suggest possible solutions to overcome this issue?
