Forum adding links via Ctrl-L does not work after update

    Hi Isomorphic,

adding links to posts after the recent update does not work as before. Now if you select text and do Ctrl-L, Ctrl-V, the link is instead added to the whole text of the posts before the selected text (tested in FF 88).

    Best regards

Hi Blama, it's only me, or also code formatting with [CODE] tags doesn't work?

I just noticed the same. Pasting text with indentions (like I did here) does remove those indentions, resulting in not very well readable sample code.
Pasted text copied from notepad++ and Eclipse on Win10, using Firefox 90.

Ctrl-L must have been broken by the VBulletin maintainers. Hopefully they will fix it in a future update.

Use "CODE" tags (with hard brackets) to preserve indent. So far as we know, nothing has changed there.

          Hi Isomorphic,

Paste with Ctrl-V seems to behave different in Firefox (bad) and Edge (good). In FF, all indention is removed.

            Hi Isomorphic,

I just realized that the time of the forums server and therefore all posts is wrong by 4 minutes. See the "This page was generated at"-text at the very bottom of the page.
I assume it does not sync time automatically and that the drift will get bigger.

            Best regards

              Hi Isomorphic,

it seems linking via Ctrl-L is working again.
Also, indention in pasted text is kept in FF91 again.

              Best regards
