Problem with "TreeGrid" version smarclient 12.1. - icon to collapse or expande the node not works

Hi, i have a problem with "TreeGrid" version smarclient 12.1.
I can't see the icon to collapse or expande the node.
Version 10 work, the icons "+" and "-" are present:

Upgrade to version 12.1 not works:


The browser is microsoft explorer and edge.

Do you have any suggestion to resolve the problem?

12.1 does not have a known issue with these icons disappearing, as you can see from samples. We're not sure how this problem could be created - possibly by some kind of method override that was not valid / not documented?

If you investigate and believe that your code is valid and follows the documentation and this problem is caused by a newly introduced framework bug, please let us know how to reproduce this problem, ideally, as a ready-to-run, standalone test case.
