    Hi Isomorphic,

using the "Print preview" every sample has does not work for Calendars and Timelines. Tested with Win10 Edge 92.

We've restored EventCanvas print-styling for tomorrow's builds, dated August 24 or later.

This includes new support for the canvas-types in the two 13.0 beta Calendar samples, custom-content and auto-sizing when stacked in columnLayouts. We've also made the printFrame support the current density, so you should see CalendarEvents render with better font and canvas sizes and positioning, in all densities and both orientations.

      Hi Isomorphic,

thanks for the changes. I can see the events now, which is great. I also found a few minor issues here:
      • Events in v12.0p_2021-08-28 SimpleCalendar have a thin white border that does not exist in 13.0d (13.od behaviour is expected). That line also is in the print preview.
      • TimeLine events in v12.0p_2021-08-28 and SNAPSHOT_v13.0d_2021-08-28 have a huge lighter color unexpected border in print preview.
      • TimeLine and SimpleCalendar events in 12.0p/13.0d have a cross for Drag'n'Drop in Print Preview. As they can't be moved, this is unexpected.
      Tested with FF91/Win10.

      Best regards

We'll take another look at these shortly.

The first of these is fixed for tomorrow's builds, and we're looking at the third one.

For the second one, we're not sure what you mean by " a huge lighter color unexpected border" - can you clarify, or show an image?

            Hi Isomorphic,

I can see #1 is fixed in v12.0p_2021-09-01.

Here a screenshot of #2 (tested in FF91, does not happen in Edge 92) of the big bottom and right borders in TimeLine:

Hmm - do you have OS / browser zoom switched on? What are the details?

                Hi Isomorphic,

this was FF 91.0.2 with no browser zoom under Win10 with 250% system zoom on a 4K (3840 × 2160) display. Also happening without system zoom (and a F5 reload of the page).
Note that this as the whole thread is about the print preview, not normal display.

                Best regards

                  Hi Isomorphic,

this one is still open using Timeline print preview in v12.0p_2021-09-16 / v12.1p_2021-09-17.

The remaining two issues here are fixed for tomorrow's builds of 12.0+ - we made a few more refinements also, that should make print html look generally better in all browsers.

                      Hi Isomorphic,

I can see that all the issues are gone in current Showcases of 12.0, 12.1 and 13.0. All the event boxes look very clean - thank you. The D'n'D crosshair is gone as well.
Retesting I found a few more design issues and created a thread for them here.

                      Best regards
