Unwanted Horizontal scrollbar in Version 12.1 and greater

Hi Isomorphic,

I see different scrollbar behavior that looks to have been introduced with version LGPL 12.1. Could you confirm if this is a bug or by design.

ISSUE: When the canvas for a form is reduces to for the vertical scrollbar to appear the horizontal scrollbar also appears even though not not required. This did NOT occur with version 12.0. Also I see if the reverse is done, that is for the horizontal scroll by reducing canvas the vertical scroll will NOT appear.

I can confirm that also in our app, using Graphite skin with 12.1, we are seeing similar issues on some panels.

We've made a change to address this issue. Please try the next nightly build, dated Oct 21 or above
