Displaying multi-line group summaries when group is collapsed

Ok, is there a way to allow the summary to show up as a multi-line summary at the bottom when the group is expanded but then switch and show it as a single line in the header when the group is collapsed?

Yes, the docs are correct, showGroupSummaryInHeader is not currently compatible with multi-line summaries.

I saw that but it says it doesn't allow for multi-line summaries, right? Are we out of luck with a multi-line summary?

We have multi-line group and grid summaries. And, we want to allow the user to collapse a group but still see the multi-line summary. Is this possible?
