13.0d Showcase new sample issue and missing image

Hi Isomorphic,

clicking new samples in 13.0d (SNAPSHOT_v13.0d_2021-11-11) I noticed that this sample causes a JS exception.
Also, this image seems to be missing (HTTP 404 on loading the showcase).

We did see a JS error from this sample if a bad screen name was provided to loadScreen() by editing. We've fixed that, and also improved the default error dialog to use a more meaningful screen name.
