New 13.0p feature "SearchForm" sample

Hi Isomorphic,

reading the 13.0p changelog I saw the new class SearchForm, also available in SmartGWT 12(!?).0p.

I don't think an example for this exists, yet.

Could you add one to the SmartGWT/SmartClient showcases?

SearchForm has been around for multiple releases - it's just a DynamicForm that has different defaults that are more appropriate for search. Usage is exactly the same as DynamicForm.

by chance I realized that you must have added a new sample making use of this and the new(?) ListGrid.searchForm attribute some time in the past.
