13.0p, 13.1d SavedSearchItem design issues in gridSavedSearchBuiltin sample

the gridSavedSearchBuiltin in 13.0p (v13.0p_2022-04-02) and 13.1d (SNAPSHOT_v13.1d_2022-04-04) has a too small column width for the first and last column (Win 10, FF 98).

this is still open using SNAPSHOT_v13.1d_2022-08-29 and v13.0p_2022-08-29 (Chromium 104 and FF 104 under Win10).
