RichTextEditor toolbar problem

I have a problem with RichTextEditor, if i scroll down the RichTextEditor lost the toolbar .

The problem is present on showcase ( i attach a print screen before the scrool chrome_aDyUwmYFUs.png and after chrome_yx81aSTktY.png )

You can fix it ( i have the problem on 13 and 12.1 version)?

It was just an issue with the sample - overflow doesn't need to be set. You will see the sample fixed as of tomorrow's builds Nov 10.
