Window maximize doesn't work correctly

Hi all,

I have bad day today and found another problem.
I think window maximize function doesn't work correctly. I found two problems:
1) It is possible to move with maximized window
2) Before maximize: window header show move cursor.
After restore: window header doesn't show move cursor.

I tested it with firefox 17.0.5. ESR.
