How can i Change Expantion field(column) Position, Name in ListGrid

How can i change the position of Expand/Collapse field in ListGrid...

Always it showing in first column but i have to display in last column and Expand the Records using getExpansionComponent(),


Also i have to give name for the Expantsion Column..
