Thanks for the report - this issue arose as a side-effect of an unrelated 13.1 framework change that modified the documented default value of Canvas.cursor. We've fixed it for tomorrow's builds.

in this sample (SNAPSHOT_v13.1d_2023-03-24) event Drag and Drop is broken (FF111, Edge 111). This does not happen in 13.0p
