timeline 'showEventDescription = true' error

when setting timeline.showEventDescription : true
firebug shows error "TypeError: _4.dragMoveTarget is undefined"
when dragging the event with the mouse

Drag handling in this scenario has been added, along with a bunch of other Timeline enhancements.

Please retest with an 8.3 or 9.0 nightly build dated May 1 or later
