13.1d: FilterBuilder Delete Icon Color bug

Hi Isomorphic,

like in 13.0p I'd expect the FilterBuilder's top "Minus"-icon here (SNAPSHOT_v13.1d_2023-06-17) to become red (=enabled) once I click "Plus"-icon for the 1st time. It only changes the 2nd time (unexpected).
