13.1d DateRangeItem SpinnerItem too tall

hi Blama - this sizing-issue turned out to be a bit tricker than first thought, so you won't see it fixed in today's builds.

We'll update again here when a fix hits builds.

this is not fixed for me using SNAPSHOT_v13.1d_2023-09-26 in the sample from #1 (Tahoe spacious, current FF/Edge Win10).

actually this is not fixed in Tahoe compact, medium and expanded (SNAPSHOT_v13.1d_2023-10-02). Other skins as well. Dense and Spacious look OK.
