DateChooser time fields narrow on Win/IE 9

The time selection fields are too narrow in Windows IE 9 and only show a single digit. This was not observed on any browsers on MacOS. I only noticed when trying it on Windows.

A Windows update managed to sneak in a update to IE 10. The same display issue for the time picker fields occurs there as well.

Thanks for the report - we've addressed this in 9.0, please retest with a nightly build dated May 22 or later
