13.1d Shiva tabbing does not show selected buttons

please see this sample (SNAPSHOT_v13.1d_2024-07-22, not happening in 13.1d Tahoe).

When you open any FormItem sub-dialog (RelativeDateItem, ColorPicker), tabbing does work, but it does not show the currently selected "OK", "Cancel", "Apply".
Same here when you click into the TextItem and then tab to the "Hello"-button.

In both cases there is no change in background color.
