    This is not an issue - your grid value is allowed to have HTML, so what you are seeing is that your value seems to have an HTML tag.

    Search "escapeHTML" in the Reference if you do not want this behavior. It can be set at multiple levels.

  • Smart grid trims values after the '<' symbol when it's followed by an alphabetic character.

    Grid text fields which include '<' symbol, text is trimmed off post occurrence of '<' symbol

    For example:

    If a text field has a test<test → grid only displays a test.

    However, if the text field has a test<12test → grid displays the entire text field test<12test

    Can someone advise on this issue?
