Menu visual glitch in Shiva

Hello, I've just noticed a little visual glitch, the video is from the showcase sample treeBinding, Shiva skin (Spacious density only):

when the menu is long enough that's scrollable, if you try to scroll horizontally you'll see also the horizontal scrollbar
