_columnSizer doesn't get destroy with ListGrid

With autoFit on ListGrids, a _columnSizer Canvas ($292) appears to be created by the ListGridBody. This does not appear to be destroyed when the associated ListGrid is destroyed.

Given how many ListGrids we have that have autoFit'ing, the number of orphaned Canvases starts to add up. It's not huge in memory terms, but it all helps!

A fix for that bug has been ported to 8.3 - it's there now and will hit nightly build tomorrow.
