REACT error install

I figured out the problem.
1. When I wrote the topic, the download server simply did not work.
2. The installer version has changed. I used update instead of a full reinstall. I had to completely remove the old installation and install everything again.

unfortunately, in REACT, I cannot install which version to install "d" or "p". This is determined by the installer.

Perhaps try a new 13.1p (not d) download.
