.setCanCollapse(false) and head line double click

When I change the method of the first section as .setCanCollapse(false); in FormSectionsSample.java from LGPL nightly build 04.06.2013 can still colapse the section if I double click the bottom line on the section header (named Item, above Stock section)

As I said we can reproduce it in our system and on the showcase.

This will be resolved in the next nightly build (9.0d and 8.3p branches)
