Title appears over SectionStackSection even when not clipped

Hi, I just noticed that the title always appears over a SectionStackSection, even when it's not clipped.
You can see this in the showcase, for example in the sectionsExpandCollapse sample.
The title doesn't appear on top only if the section has canCollapse: false.

hi Claudio - this bug, where almost any Button-title would be considered to be clipped for hover-purposes, has been fixed for tomorrow's builds, dated August 7, and later ones.
