BUG canCreateEvents: false on mobile has no effect

Hello, the property 'canCreateEvents: false' does not prevent the user from creating events when calendar is on mobile device.
How to reproduce: use the following link:
https://smartclient.com/smartclient-...arMobileSample
change the javascript to:

isc.Calendar.create({
    ID: "eventCalendar",
    data: eventData,
    canCreateEvents: false

});

click the forward button once. test with click.

hi Paul, thanks for the report - we've made a change to address this in today's builds, dated December 19, and later ones.

Yes, it should already be there in today's 13.1

Actually Claudio, we've had a niggle with the build queues in the last couple of days, so there's no new 13.1 since December 17.

We'll have a look and you should see builds restart shortly.
