Hiding columns via the menu picker also hides the pickList for a ComboBoxItem but works fine for a SelectItem

We've made a change to address this issue in all branches back to 12.1. The change went in today so will be in nightly builds going forward (Dated Jan 14 and above)

I did not prepare any test case as the issue is visible from the showcase for both versions 12.1 and 14.1.

I hid the "Sku" column for the selectItem picker and it correctly removed it from the picklist. See screenshot below

I did the same thing for the comboBoxItem and the picklist just disappeared!



Hiding columns just makes the picklist disappear for the ComboBoxItem but works fine for SelectItem.
This issue exists on several versions of SmartClient.

I would need a fix for this on both the 12.1 and 14.1 versions.
