Hilite icons

Hi there,

Any chance you guys would consider updating the icons you use in your hiliting functionality? It would be great if they were more consistent with the equivalent red/yellow/green icons that are used in Excel conditional formatting. See the attached screenshot. The blue icon you use in particular seems like it should possibly be removed and replaced with a red icon so the user could choose between a red, yellow, or green icon.

Our plan is to export the hilite information into excel so that our excel exports can be styled with the same formatting as our grid in the browser with background colors, text colors, and icons as defined by grid hilites.

In the meantime, we'll probably just customize the icons in our app to match excel.

What we'll likely do is make the default set similar to Excel's plus a blue icon like what we have now. But this may be a while, so your approach of specifying your own icons is the way to go for now.
