missing TransferIcons

None of these icons should be required - just set showDown:false on any button that uses them.

ok, but I noticed the lack of them in the 'fieldPicker' sample, for Enterprise, Enterprise Blue and Graphite skins. Other skins haven't got those images at all.

Can you clarify: Are you saying that in an unmodified SmartClient package (9.0p branch), if you open the FieldPicker sample at http://localhost:8080//isomorphic/system/reference/SmartClient_Explorer.html?skin=Graphite#fieldPicker (note the "Graphite" skin specification), and you interact with the field picker, you actually get 404's and see missing media?
