In Chrome 29, the browser's vertical scrollbar is behind the modal mask

Run the attached JSP. Click the Show Window button to display a modal window. Try clicking the browser's vertical scrollbar. In Chrome 29, the browser's scrollbars are behind the modal mask, so can't scroll to see the rest of the modal window. This does not occur in Firefox, IE9/10.

This is not reproducible in the SmartClient Feature Explorer, since the VLayout must take over 100% of the browser window.
