Missing ellipses in filter editor cell in IE9

When a filter cell contains text that cannot be fully displayed, ellipses are supposed to be shown when the cell does not have focus. In Chrome this works fine but in IE9 it does not.

Just enter a long piece of text in one of the filter cells and tab off.

Tested in the latest patched build: hover operates as expected, lack of ellipsis in this situation is a fundamental browser limitation.
