DateChooser for datetime: hours and minutes prompts don't pick up translation

The DateChooser for a datetime item, doesn't pick up the translation for 'Choose hours' and 'Choose minutes' hovers.

We've fixed this in 9.1 - it will hit builds tomorrow. What version did you see it in?

not really a big problem if it's already fixed for 9.1, though.
