AdminConsole ( Import DataSources )

Hello,
I went to this link: http://localhost:8080/tools/adminConsole.jsp
and I selected a DataSource then I did "Import" therefore I lost all data I had on my database!
Do you know a solution to retrieve my data?

Importing a datasource recreates the associated table - you'll need a database backup or similar.
