changing the look and feel of the date picker

A request has been made internally to change the way the date picker looks. I wanted to get an estimate (if this can be done at all) of how long you think it should take to make such modifications. Please see the image attached.

Can you be specific about what you'd like - everything you want seems to be doable with the existing skinning system, so you are looking for Isomorphic to produce an example of doing so, relative to some particular base skin?

I just wanted to know how difficult it would be to implement and what would need to be modified besides skin_styles and loadSkin - basically the UI that is requested has very little (if at all) images - our base skin is the Enterprise skin

It would all be standard skinning stuff. Changing styles and possibly changing sizes on AutoChildren. It would take an Isomorphic developer just a few hours; we're not sure how long it will take someone less familiar and/or with different skills.
