ListGrid last column filterEditor align left

OS: Windows 7, Chrome 36.0.1985.125

The checkboxes in listgrid are aligned ok, but in last column the checbox in filter is always aligned left (see the screenshot) even when field.align is set to "center" in the ListGridField.
